Where to view Nick's work

All Nick's pieces are one-off and, although she has made some animals many times, each one is unique, with its own individual personality. You can view a selection of her work by visiting any of the galleries that are listed on the Galleries page. However, we do recommend you telephone first to confirm what animals they have in stock, as Nick only produces a small quantity of work each year, and her pieces are highly sought after. Personal callers are also welcome at Nick's studio in Devon, by prior appointment. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a visit.

How to commission a piece

Many of Nick's pieces are made to order, on commission, either by collectors of her work or as special gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. You can commission a piece through any of her galleries or direct from Nick by contacting the studio. Alternatively, you can use the commission enquiry form below. Please include as much information as possible, such as pose, behaviour, etc. We will provide you with a quotation, and will discuss all the details with you before confirming your commission.

Deadlines

We will always do our best to accommodate deadlines, such as birthdays. However, you will appreciate that the making, glazing, firing and finishing of each piece by hand is a highly skilled and time-consuming process. To avoid disappointment, we would encourage you to discuss your requirements with us as soon as possible.

Prices

Meerkats are currently selling at £170 for adults and £110 for babies. Nick's larger pieces vary in price, depending on the complexity and the amount of work involved, from approximately £500 to £2000. When ordering direct, payment by cheque is required in advance to secure your commission and includes delivery to mainland UK. International shipping is by special arrangement.
